Shrewsbury Students Exhibit, And Win Awards, In Art
High school students are displaying their work, and several recently won awards in art.

SHRWESBURY, MA — Shrewsbury schools recently announced a new exhibit, and acknowledged several award-winning students in art.
“Perspectives Through The Camera Lens” is on display through March 20 at the Shrewsbury Credit Union.
This photography exhibit captures a variety of different subjects to include still life, texture, portraiture, landscape, double negatives and photo collages. Each individual work demonstrates an understanding of students using a film SLR camera and darkroom techniques. Artists: Katelyn Beckett, Lauryn Conti, Kathryn Coveney, Emily Daley, Connor Giedymin, Eleni Kachadoorain, Ally Lott, Lily Rivera, Nick Santiago, Marissa Scricco, Emily Walllace, Sophie Wilson

Anna Maria College High School Art Competition
The following students were recognized for their works at the AMC Annual High School Art Competition. All artwork submitted will be exhibited in the gallery at AMC through March 1.

• Jasmine Duerk – 1st Place – Drawing
• Darius Serebrova – 3rd Place – Painting
