St. John's Takes On Holy Name In MIAA Basketball Semi-Finals
The two teams won their quarter-final games to move to the semi-finals in the MIAA basketball tournament.
SHREWSBURY-WORCESTER, MA — Holy Name High School and St. John's will face off in the semi-finals of the MIAA Central Division 1 basketball tournament.
Holy Name beat Wachusett 63-59 and St. John's beat North High 51-45 in the quarter finals.
St. John's, seeded second, has a 17-3 record. Holy Name, seeded third, has a 16-4 record.
