The Shrewsbury Police Department denounces the horrific actions of the Minneapolis police officers that resulted in the death of George Floyd. Our employees are committed to strive for excellence by delivering our services with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity and to treat all people fairly with dignity and respect. The Shrewsbury Police Department puts a tremendous effort into the training that our officers receive to appropriately respond to situations that may be encountered in the community.

It is through a rigorous hiring process, continuous high quality training and diligent supervision that we are able to deliver the highest quality professional police service to the community.
