June 28, 2021, 6:00PM Update: This is a reminder that on Tuesday, June 29, 2021, contractor Hydra Tech will be installing new water gates at the intersection of South Quinsigamond Avenue and Ridgeland Road. South Quinsigamond Avenue from Pinedale Road to past Brookside Place, Pinedale Road, Villa Road, Vancroft Avenue, Wingate Street, Ridgeland Road, a section of Plainfield Avenue, Roberts Street and Brookside Place will not have water from 8:30 a.m. to approximately 5:00 p.m. to allow this work to take place. Due to the critical nature of these repairs, the work will continue as scheduled. Please make sure you have an adequate supply of water for the day with the forecasted high temperatures. Please follow the link below for a map of the area where water service will be interrupted.

Hydra Tech will also be replacing a malfunctioning water valve on Plainfield Avenue on Wednesday, June 30, 2021.  During that work, Ridgeland Road, Vancroft Avenue, Wingate Street, and a section of Plainfield Avenue will not have water.  More information will be sent out on Tuesday, June 29, 2021.

Residents in the vicinity of the project may also experience brief periods of reduced pressure or discolored water. If you experience discolored water once the project is complete, please run the cold water in downstairs bathtub until it clears.
