Two Georgia Men Arrested for Stolen Car

The following information was supplied by the Shrewsbury Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Lonnie Daugherty, 36, of 4068 Amesbury Drive, Apt. E, Montgomery, AL was arrested April 14 by and charged with receiving stolen property and using a motor vehicle without authority. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case to May 14.

Roderick L. Sanders, 29, of 8218 Eton Ct., Jonesboro GA, was arrested April 14 by Shrewsbury police and charged with receiving stolen property and using a motor vehicle without authority. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case to May 14.

Christopher Evans, 19, of 50 Mount Zion Rd., Apt. 5, Atlanta, GA, was arrested April 14 by Shrewsbury police and charged with receiving stolen property and using a motor vehicle without authority. Judge Vito Virzi continued the case to May 14.

Michelle A. Morse, 35, of 235 Boston Turnpike Apt. 238, Shrewsbury, was summonsed to court on a complaint Jan. 23 by Shrewsbury police on a charge of shoplifting. Judge Virzi dismissed the charge on payment of $150 in court costs.

Dale F. Soldi, 30, of 235 Boston Tpke., Apt. 238, Shrewsbury, was summonsed to court on a complaint Jan. 23 by Shrewsbury police on a charge of shoplifting. Judge Virzi dismissed the charge on payment of $150 in court costs.

Christopher McAvey, 25, of 30 Egan Ave., Worcester, was summonsed to court on a complaint April 15 by Shrewsbury police and charged with possession of a class E substance. Judge Virzi dismissed the charge upon payment of $100 in court costs.

Anthony Allen, of 106 Main St., Oxford, was summonsed to court on a complaint March 21 in Shrewsbury by state police and charged with conspiracy to violate drug laws. He is charged with filing false claims at various pharmacies, according to the police report. Judge Virzi continued the case to May 14.
