WATCH: Student Who Caused Scene Over Mac 'n' Cheese Was Arrested in MA Last Year

A University of Connecticut student taken into police custody after a profanity laced tirade and shoving match with a dining hall manager who refused to serve the apparently drunk student bacon-jalapeño mac ‘n’ cheese also reportedly had a run-in with Massachusetts Police.

In a YouTube video (Warning: extreme profane language) that was posted on Monday, the student, identified in reports as Luke Gatti, 19, of Bayville, NY, is dressed in sweats, white socks and black sandals and can be seen berating the unidentified food service manager in an F-word laden tirade. The 9-minute video, which had more than 62,000 views as of Tuesday morning, shows at least three of the manager’s co-workers coming to his aid.

The manager accused the student of being under the influence and of underage drinking. “You can’t come in here with an open bottle of booze. Think about it,” the manager said. It is unclear exactly when the incident occurred.

The student dared the manager to call police … who are seen arriving about eight minutes into the video. It was unclear whether Gatti, who was handcuffed and hauled out of the dining hall, is facing any charges.

As the officer handcuffed him, Gatti can be heard proclaiming, “I am absolutely F---ed.”

Gatti has had other run-ins with law enforcement. While a student at the University of Massachusetts Amherst last year, Gatti was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and assault and battery on a police officer. In the process, he reportedly called an officer the n-word in another profanity-laced tirade.
