Retaining tenancies remains one of BHA’s highest priorities. BHA management staff will continue to connect residents with rental relief programs so they can retain their good standing going forward.
Any BHA program participant who is unable to pay current rent should notify their housing manager or landlord through text, email or printed letter and establish a plan for repayment. BHA residents facing a financial hardship must reach out to management to re-certify their income and reduce their monthly payments.

The BHA eviction moratorium is temporary, and tenants are still required to perform their contractual obligation to pay their rent.
