2011 SCORES Celebration

America SCORES Boston is pleased to announce the 2011 SCORES Celebration, an annual gala event that lauds the accomplishments of participants in the America SCORES Boston after-school program and recognizes those who make it all possible. This festive event will be held on Wednesday, November 9 at the historic Cyclorama at the Boston Center for the Arts.

The price of a ticket includes food with a "World Cup" inspired menu that samples dishes from celebrated soccer countries around the globe. Throughout the night there will be interactive soccer exhibitions and poetry performances, as well as beverages for purchase and an exclusive live auction. Proceeds from the event will benefit the America SCORES Boston program, an after-school program that - through soccer, poetry, and service-learning - inspires healthy living, lifelong learning, and leadership in Boston’s at-risk youth.
