Five Things You Need to Know Today, April 4
Deadline for Blackstone/Franklin Square Neighborhood Association College Book Scholarships extended to May 1.

Today is Monday, April 4. Here are five things you need to know:
1. Expect a rainy start to your week, with patchy fog in the afternoon. Temperatures should reach 50 degrees accompanied by steady winds of 15 to 20 mph and gusts of up to 30 mph.
2. Move those cars, street cleaning starts today. You may not believe us after last week's false alarm, but unless another snow storm arrives unexpectedly, the city will be sweeping the streets and towing illegaly parked cars, the Mayor's office announced. Don't start your week with a $40 ticket.

3. The Blackstone/Franklin Square Neighborhood Association has extended the application deadline for its College Book/Computer Scholarship to May 1. High school seniors heading to college can apply for a scholarship through the BFSNA website and, if they're selected, get help with book and computer costs.
4. You may have heard something about city officials getting excited to bring more . It seems like they’re serious. Last week they launched a survey for residents, asking them where they’d like to see more mobile food services. Maybe on the Common? Downtown? BCA plaza? SoWa? It’s up to you. Take a minute to look at the city’s info page on food trucks and then fill out the online survey.
