Today is Monday, March 28. Here are five things you need to know:
1. Points for consistency? Today's forecast calls for sunny skies and temperatures in the low 40s. Steady winds of 15 - 20 mph with gusts of up to 30 mph.
2. Have you made it over to for its Monday Night Guest Chef series? Tonight is your last chance - guest chef Rodney Murillo of Avila will be behind the line at Stella's serving his favorite Italian entree and appetizer. Stop by from 5:30 - 11 p.m. to try them (or anything else on the Stella menu).

3. It's official. Tito Jackson was sworn in as District 7's fifth city councilor during a special ceremony on Saturday. Check out our photos of the event here.
4. If you live in Boston and plan to go to college, you may be eligible to apply for the City of Boston scholarship. Deadline is April 1.

5. More locally, the Blackstone/Franklin Square Neighborhood Association offers a College Book & Computer Scholarship to college-bound students. Applications for the $1,000 scholarships are due April 1 and can be downloaded here.
