Fountains Return to Parks

It's not a mirage you're seeing - the dual fountains in both Franklin and Blackstone Parks on Washington Street have been fully restored and installed again inside the parks. 

Mayoral Candidates Visit

Five of Boston's mayoral hopefuls stopped by the South End last night for a candidate's forum focusing on the arts in the city of Boston. SEIU Local 888 Political Committee member David Reno moderated the forum, and candidates Felix Arroyo, John Connolly, Charlotte Golar Richie, Michael Ross and Bill Walczak participated. Picnic in Hayes Park 

The Friends of Hayes Park invite you to a summer picnic in the park – a great time to enjoy to enjoy the park and meet and mingle with friends and neighbors. They will provide hot dogs and hamburgers - please feel free to bring a dish or beverage to share. Musical entertainment for the kids will be provided by Wayne Potash and his Music Fun Band. See here for more information.
