Free Screening Friday: Purple Rain

"Only want to see you laughing..."

Fort Point Stage has scheduled a free showing of Prince's Purple Rain this Friday, an homage to the late star and part of the venue's impromptu summer movie series. 

The showing is set for 8:30 p.m. in A Street Park at One Channel Center. If a rain date is needed, the film showing will be rescheduled for Sunday - same time, same location. In the event of (purple) rain or anything else, follow the @fortpointstage Twitter account for updates.
