Happy Mother’s Day From Janet Levine
"The children always have fresh home-cooked meals and clean clothes for school."

In celebration of Mother's Day on Sunday May 13, we asked Patch readers to write a letter to their mother and let us deliver it. This is Janet Levine's letter to her daughter:
My mom has passed away, but I want to tell the world about another incredible mom, who happens to be my daughter.
Lizzete is a tireless woman who is the mother of four children, aged 23,15,11 and 8. Her day and night centers around her family. Not only does she get up at the crack of dawn to make them lunch for school and help get them ready and drive them to school, but then she goes to work a full-time job.
She spends evenings at softball, soccer and various other after-school activities. The children always have fresh home-cooked meals and clean clothes for school. She goes to church with them on Sundays,
and never tires of spending that extra time it takes to do and be where they need her to be so they can have experiences that children need to expand their horizons.
This woman sounds like Superwoman — and she is, to me. My daughter is mom of the century.
