Homeless Shelter Targeted In Monday Afternoon Break-In, Police Say
Two speakers valued at $560 each reported stolen.

Police are searching for suspects in an alleged break-in at the on Shawmut Avenue, part of the Salvation Army's network of shelters for homeless individuals.
Harbor Light employees arrived at the shelter Monday afternoon to find the front door window broken and two large speakers missing, police said. The speakers were valued at $560 each.
Police believe the break-in occurred between 1 p.m. and 3:20 p.m. on Monday.

The Harbor Light Center provides a continuum of care for women including an emergency dry shelter and a three-step renewal program. The facility also houses a drop-in center available to men and women.
