Illuminate Moving to New South End Headquarters

Illuminate, the Boston-based firm that develops innovative clinical sales training programs for the life science industry, announced on May 29, 2015, that it will move its headquarters to the Jordan Lofts building at 477 Harrison Avenue in Boston’s South End on Sept. 1, according to a press statement.

Illuminate’s new location will offer significantly more square footage, featuring private offices, a large, open workspace, areas for team meetings and collaboration, and several conference rooms.

In addition, the company’s new office will be custom-fitted to provide the necessary infrastructure for development of the firm’s innovative training solutions, including text-based learning systems, multimedia and eLearning courses, and live workshops, as well as cutting edge communications and design technologies.

“At Illuminate, our main priority has always been to develop innovative, creative, and exceptional training solutions, coupled with unrivalled client focus. Our clients’ needs determine each day’s agenda, and our new office will allow us to fulfill those needs to the highest degree,” said President and founder Shaun McMahon.

The company, currently based in South Boston, was launched eleven years ago from McMahon’s apartment and has steadily grown to an in-house team of 10. As staffing needs grow alongside an expanding client base, Illuminate’s new office provides more space for current needs and will ultimately accommodate a larger staff as well. Illuminate also operates a second location in San Francisco, which helps to service the firm’s West Coast-based clients.

The five-story Jordan Lofts development, which will open this summer, will house several businesses as well as private residences.
