Aerial Class at Swet Studio, Boston

Swet Studio® is the only AntiGravity® Aerial Fitness Studio in Massachusetts, and the only studio in the region to host AG Teacher Training. Although Recognized by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America as a Continuing Education Provider, you don't have to be an instructor to take the certification. Fundamentals' Certification Training provides the building blocks for the entire AntiGravity program. With AntiGravity® Fundamentals 1 & 2, one will learn all the basics for safely and effectively teaching classes that include zero-compression inversions, as well a wide array of movement sequences combined with the different wraps, inversions, and spotting techniques of AntiGravity®.
