It's the annual event's 21st year.

BOSTON, MA — The Mayor's Enchanted Trolley Tour travels through town this month, rolling through the South End on Dec. 3.

It's the 21st year of the annual tradition, which has the mayor traveling through the city, lighting holiday trees and bringing presents.

"The trolley tour and tree lightings are great ways to continue to foster the spirit of community and bring a little extra joy to people during the holiday season," Mayor Marty Walsh said in a press release. "The holiday season is a time for unity and thanksgiving. All are welcome, and we look forward to visiting different neighborhoods throughout the city for a weekend full of fun and celebration."
