South End Police Log: Drug Charges and Assault on an Officer

The following arrests took place in the South End between Friday, February 18 and Thursday, February 24. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Friday, February 18

Luz Andujar, of 144 Armory St., Jamaica Plain, was arrested around 5:15 p.m. at 840 Harrison Ave. on drug charges.

Wayne Flecther, of 444 Harrison Ave., was arrested around 5 p.m. at 620 Shawmut Ave. and charged with assault and battery on a police officer.

Saturday, February 19

Kareem Jemison, of 444 Harrison Ave., was arrested around 12:10 p.m. on Washington Street and charged with larceny under $50.

Sunday, February 20

Alexis Almonte, of 5 Greenwich St., 2B, Boston, was arrested around 3:30 a.m. at 811 Massachusetts Ave. and charged with assault and battery on a police officer.

Stephen Carrasquillo, of 5107 Archstone Ave., Tewksbury, was around 3:20 a.m. on Herald Street and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol.

Effrem Glover, of 113 Shandon Rd., #201, Dorchester, was arrested around 10 a.m. at 850 Harrison Ave. and charged with trespassing.

Gary Brooks, of 444 Harrison Ave., was arrested around 8:45 p.m. at 1155 Tremont St. and charged with willful and malicious destruction of property.

Monday, February 21

Medardo Antonio Reyes, of 22 Geneva Ave. #2, Dorchester, was arrested around 3:06 p.m. at 444 Harrison Ave. and charged with larceny over $200.

Damon Lowe, of 444 Harrison Ave., was arrested around 6:15 p.m. on Albany Streety and charged with larceny under $50.

Tihrie Henderson, of 6 Kenilworth St., 1B, Roxbury and Dewon Wheeler, of 1667 Dorchester Ave., #2, Dorchester were arrested around 4:37 p.m. on East Berkeley Street and charged with possession of a class B substance with intent to distribute.

Tuesday, February 22

Jonathan Tolman, of 76 William Keeley Rd., Stoughton, was arrested around 1:40 a.m. on East Berkeley Street and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

Cristina Benson, of 784 Mass Ave., was arrested around 11:27 a.m. on Harrison Avenue and charged with prostitution.

Damon Lowe, of 444 Harrison Ave., was arrested around 8:45 a.m. at 273 Albany Street and charged with possession of a class B substance (cocaine).

Wednesday, February 23

Claude Thibault, of 1374 Broadway St., 3G, Somerville, was arrested around 2:44 a.m. at 273 East Berkeley St. and charged with vandalism/graffiti.

John Hickey, of 444 Harrison Ave., was arrested around 9:05 a.m. at 444 Harrison Ave. and charged with possession of a class E substance with intent to distribute.

Kenneth Johnson, of 444 Harrison Ave., was arrested around 7 p.m. at 1100 Washington St. and charged with drinking liquor in public.

John Doe, of 444 Harrison Ave., was arrested around 7:40 p.m. at 403 Harrison Ave. and charged with disorderly conduct.

Thursday, February 24

Edward Tyrance, of 940 Parker St., #303, Jamaica Plain, was arrested around 6 a.m. at 444 Harrison Ave. and charged with failure to register as a sex offender.

Anthony Lancia, of 39 Boylston St., was arrested around 9:40 a.m. at 780 Albany St. and charged with larceny over $200.

Kenneth Michael Ritter, of 444 Harrison Ave., was arrested around 11:30 a.m. at 400 Mass Ave. and charged with trespassing.

Carlos Manuel Valles, of 444 Harrison Ave., was arrested around 12:42 p.m. at 33 Traveler St. and charged with willful and malicious destruction of property.

Pierre Clermy, of 35 Middleton St., #1, Dorchester, was arrested around 6:35 p.m. at 352 Mass Ave. and charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license.

Dawan Tamlin Johnson, of 794 Mass Ave., was arrested around 9 p.m. at 27 Trotter Ct. and charged with drinking liquor in public.
