South End Police Log: Drug Charges and Indecent Exposure

Arrests in the South End from Nov 4 - 9.

The following information was furnished by the Boston Police Department. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Friday, November 4

Herbie Jacobs, of 800 Tremont St., was arrested around 3:47 a.m. at his residence and charged with willful and malicious destruction of property.

Akeem Effee, of 69 McGreevey Way, #611, was arrested around 11:13 a.m. on Mass Ave. and charged with possession of a class B substance with intent to distribute.

Saturday, November 5

Christopher Range, of155 Union St., #1, Rockland, was arrested around 4:20 p.m. on Washington St. and charged with willful and malicious destruction of property.

Sunday, November 6

Arthur Robinson, of 47 Harrison Ave., #4703, was arrested around 1:50 p.m. at 100 East Newton St. and charged with indecent exposure. 

Sean Rumsey, of 241 O’Callahan Way, #803, South Boston and Derek Bouchard, of 215 Adams St., Milton, were arrested around 2:0 p.m. on West Newton St. and charged with unarmed street robbery. Bouchard was also charged with larceny over $200.

Idelfonso Rivera, of 444 Harrison Ave., was arrested around 9:02 p.m. at 444 Harrison Ave. and charged with larceny over $200.

Monday, November 7

Barrian Garcia-Resto, of 363 Albany St. and Juan Garcia-Resto of 39 Boylston St. were arrested around 1:11 a.m. on Traveler St. and charged with breaking and entering a non-residence during the nighttime using force.

James Mahan, of 444 Harrison Ave., was arrested around 9:21 p.m. at 650 Harrison Ave. and charged with assault and battery on a police officer.

Christina Williams, homeless, was arrested around 4:40 a.m. at 444 Harrison Ave. and charged with possession of a class E substance with intent to distribute.

Lewis Andino, of 281 Shawmut Ave., was arrested around 9:27 a.m. at his residence and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Rolando Celestrin, of Long Island Shelter, was arrested around 5:45 p.m. at 784 Mass Ave. and charged with assault and battery.

Mark Nall, of 77 Ellington St., Dorchester and Jamal Bannister, of 53 Hamilton St., Dorchester were arrested around 6:05 p.m. at 433 Harrison Ave. and charged with possession of a class B substance with intent to distribute.

Calvin White, of 444 Harrison Ave., was arrested around 5:36 p.m. at 540 Tremont St. and charged with willful and malicious destruction of property. 

William Beck, of 51 Ruggles St., was arrested around 8 p.m. at 298 Harrison Ave. and charged with possession of a class B substance with intent to distribute.

Tuesday, November 8

James Dallaire, homeless, was arrested around 3:30 a.m. on Harrison Ave. and charged with larceny $50-199.

Amy Marcoux, of 12 Chamblet St., Dorchester, was arrested around 2:45 p.m. at 840 Harrison Ave. and charged with possession of a class A substance (heroin). Marcoux was also charged with prostitution/soliciting. 

Rodney Luc, of 21 Grandville Ave., Malden, was arrested around 3:15 p.m. on Harrison Ave. and charged with possession of a class B substance with intent to distribute.

Wednesday, November 9

Michael Stevens, of 18 Harrison St., Somerville, was arrested around 12:50 a.m. at 1113 Washington St. and charged with assault and battery on a police officer.
