South End Police Log: Drug Distribution and Public Drinking

The following arrests took place in the South End between Friday, April 29 and Thursday, May 5. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Friday, April 29

Wellington Ruiz, of 725 Tremont St., #412, was arrested around 1:10 a.m. at 86 West Newton St. and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (gun).

David Serrano, of 1990 Columbus Ave., was arrested around 6:36 p.m. at 143 West Brookline St. and charged with drinking liquor in public.

Saturday, April 30

No arrests.

No arrests.

Monday, May 2

Robert Rust, of 2993 Washington St., #4, was arrested around 3:20 p.m. at 850 Harrison Ave. and charged with possession of a class C drug with intent to distribute.

George Jones, of 65 Warwick St., #1216, was arrested around 5:42 p.m. at his residence and charged with assault and battery.

Gerald Vick, of 285 Dean St., Norwood, was arrested around 9:20 p.m. on East Berkeley St. and charged with possession of a class B substance with intent to distribute.

Tuesday, May 3

Kelly Sue Oliveira, of 10 Saxton St. #2, Dorchester, was arrested around 1 a.m. on East Berkeley St. and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

Shawn Haines-Weathers, of 85 East Newton St., #5, was arrested around 9:15 a.m. at his residence and charged with failure to register as a sex offender.

Timothy Davidson, of 8 Leeds St., #2, was arrested around 3:42 p.m. at 444 Harrison Ave. and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon.

Reinaldo Sena, of 72 Richs St., B, Waltham, was arrested around 6:50 p.m. at 618 Shawmut Ave. and charged with drinking liquor in public.

Larry Leon Bowens, of 663 Mass Ave., #1, was arrested around 8:45 p.m. at his residence and charged with kidnapping using force.

Wednesday, May 4

Charles Young, of 182 Ruthven St., #1, was arrested around 1:57 p.m. at 265 Northampton St. and charged with receiving stolen property.

Bobby Brantley, of 93 Monroe St., Eric Neal, of 735 Adams St., #4, Dorchester and Michael Tate, 41 Bricknell St., #3, Dorchester, were arrested around 6:11 p.m. on Perry St. and charged with possession of a class B substance with intent to distribute.

Thursday, May 5

Randall Tremblay, homeless, was arrested around 9:52 p.m. at 155 Dartmouth St. and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon.

Heather Bryant-King, of 23 Shennen St., Quincy, was arrested around 12 p.m. at 850 Harrison Ave. and charged with assault and battery with dangerous weapon.
