South End Police Log: Larceny and Assault Charges

The following arrests took place in the South End between Friday, August 5 and Thursday, August 11. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Friday, August 5

Marc Ross, of 444 Harrison Ave., was arrested around 12:20 a.m. at 38 Rutland Sq. and charged with larceny from a motor vehicle $50-199.

Michael Spinkston, of 14 Page Ave., #2, Yonkers, New York, was arrested around 1:06 a.m. at 130 West Concord St. and charged with assault and battery.

Essie Billingslea, of 223 Geneva Ave., #3, Dorchester, was arrested around 12:30 p.m. at 1130 Washington St. and charged with receiving stolen property.

Jonathan Holcolb, homeless, was arrested around 8:13 p.m. at 5 Appleton St. and charged with willful and malicious destruction of property. 

Saturday, August 6

No arrests.

Sunday, August 7

Michael Lam, of 15 Longsdale St., #1, Dorchester, was arrested around 12:12 a.m. at 659 Harrison Ave. and charged with assault and battery.

Oscar Hernandez, of 18 Lattimore Ct., #281, Roxbury, was arrested around 4:33 a.m. at 1050 Tremont St. and charged with larceny from a motor vehicle over $200.

Monday, August 8 

A juvenile was arrested around 9:58 p.m. on Mass Ave. and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Kent Nicholson, of 444 Harrison Ave., was arrested around 12:23 p.m. at 780 Albany St. and charged with larceny over $50.

Curtis Lee, of 794 Mass Ave., was arrested around 6:41 p.m. at 205 Dartmouth St. and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Marcus Smith, of 35 Cunard St., #2, was arrested around 9:30 p.m. at 1045 Tremont St. and charged with possession of a class B substance with intent to distribute.

Tuesday, August 9

Jimmy Watts, of 248 Broadway St., Lawrence, was arrested around 4:30 p.m. at 2001 Washington St. and charged with possession of a class B substance (cocaine) with intent to distribute.

Roberto Feliciano, of 444 Harrison Ave., was arrested on Tremont St. around 4:13 p.m. and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Nakesha Newbury, of 31 Yorkshire Terr., #7, Shrewsbury, was arrested around 10:42 p.m. on Tremont St. and charged with assault and battery. 

Wednesday, August 10

Regan Tims, of 363 Albany St., was arrested around 5:27 a.m. on East Berkeley St. and charged with prostitution.

Danyell Hardy, of 509 Columbia Rd., Dorchester, was arrested around 1:44 p.m. on Harrison Ave. and charged with possession of a class E substance with intent to distribute.

Thursday, August 11

Robert Burton, of 788 Blue Hill Ave., #201, Dorchester, was arrested around 8 p.m. at 840 Harrison Ave. and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
