Stop by the Boston Public Library's Copley Square branch for a free lunchtime concert by the Boston Lyric Opera on Friday. On August 9, BLO presents a concert of opera favorites with selections from the 2013/14 season including Mozart and Verdi. See here for more information. 

Saturday, August 10: 

The Boston Center for Adult Education's (BCAE) is offering a new class “From Boat to Boil” on Saturday, August 10th, 2013 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.  During the class session, you'll go on a Boston Lobster Tour, then get to learn to cook 'em with celebrity chef Jeremy Sewall of Lineage. See here for more information.
