Suspect Arrested in Connection With 2009 Stabbing
Police located the suspect in Quincy.

Over a year after a vicious stabbing incident on Albany Street, police arrested a middle-aged Boston man suspected of the assault.
Fredrick Ross, 43, of Boston was arrested in Quincy on Wednesday and charged with assault with intent to murder and assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon.
Quincy Police assisted members of the Boston Police Fugitive Apprehension Unit in the arrest of Ross, who is suspected of stabbing a man outside 771 Albany St. on the evening of October 25, 2009. When police arrived at the scene, they found the victim suffering from non-life threatening stab wounds, according to a report. After stabbing the victim, the suspect fled on foot.
