Video: Why I'm Running the Boston Marathon
South End resident Kara Walsh is running in memory of her father.
South End resident Kara Walsh will be one of thousands running in the 2011 Boston Marathon on Monday as part of the The Dana-Farber Marathon Challenge Team. Before signing up for the race, Walsh had never run more than five miles in her life.
