6 Things to Know About Red Bird

1.) THE BASICS: Chef Daniel Stokes, of the Franklin Cafes in Boston and Gloucester, is opening his first restaurant, Red Bird, with “new American” fare, at 361 Moody St. in Waltham, the former home of the Tuscan Grill, which closed in November after a 22-year run.
