Aries Noodle And Dumpling Is Now Open On Main Street

WALTHAM, MA — There's a new restaurant in town. Aries Noodle and Dumpling quietly opened Wednesday, Jan. 30, according to staff.

The space, at 617 Main St., where the Sushi Box sat for more than a decade is now back to being occupied.

Employees stressed it's a soft opening, so they're working off a truncated version of their menu until they get their feet under them.

They offer everything from steamed fish or vegetable dumplings (10 pieces) for $8.99, to hand-pulled noodle soup for $12.99.
