If a burger and a beer sound like the perfect dinner to you, Copper House Tavern is the place to be starting March 16th. The contemporary American bar and restaurant has announced its Burger Month, featuring a special expanded burger menu.
On top of the restaurantβs regular, extensive burger list, the chef at Copper House has created four unique burgers available for just four weeks.
- Jamaican Voodoo Burger: Chicken and bacon patty glazed with a dark rum jerk sauce topped with pepper jack cheese and charred pineapple habanero sauce on a Caribbean sweet muffin. Served with seasoned plantain chips.
- Sticky Asian Pork Burger: Freshly ground pork topped with a sweet soy and sesame glaze, mango salsa and crispy wonton chipettes. Served with fries and kimchi slaw.
- Guinness Glazed Bacon Burger: Guinness stout glaze, Applewood smoked bacon, Irish cheddar and crispy fried onions on a brioche roll, served with fries.
- North End Burger: Imported prosciutto, slow-roasted tomatoes, fresh arugula, melted Buffalo mozzarella and balsamic glaze drizzle, served with truffle parmesan fries.
Alongside your burger, Copper House Tavern offers 40 craft beers on draught, a selection of small batch spirits and a varied wine selection.
