Chamber Of Commerce To Host Health And Wellness Expo In March
The free virtual event will host vendors providing classes, demonstrations, and presentations about health on Saturday, March 20.
WALTHAM, MA β With the rise of work-from-home jobs during the pandemic, many people arenβt getting the same level of movement and social interaction we used to. Lifestyles have been turned around, and it can be hard to find a way to change it.
To help residents βmove a little better, eat a little better and stress a little less,β the Waltham Chamber of Commerce is putting on a virtual expo dedicated to helping people connect with health vendors, alongside the chambers of commerce in Arlington, Melrose, Malden, Lexington, Stoneham, and Winchester.
The free online event β to be held Saturday, March 20, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. β will give people the chance to see demonstrations, workshops, and classes, and to talk with local health and wellness business owners in a trade show setting.

βLike most community events, the Chamber has changed the way we promote our members, and local businesses, and the ways in which connect them to residents. This event will allow the community to connect directly with a variety of health and wellness experts,β said Lauren Grymek, executive director of the Melrose Chamber of Commerce, in a news release.
The organizing groups are still looking for local businesses to sign as vendors at the expo.
