WALTHAM, MA – As the number of cases of people testing positive for the coronavirus flattens out and the state slowly reopens, that means more cars on the road. But if you are driving this week along Route 128 or I-95, between Third Avenue and Totten Pond Road, watch for lane closures, as crews prepare for construction along that stretch.
