Kindergarten Registration for Waltham Schools Opens Soon

The following was submitted by the Waltham Public Schools.

Kindergarten registration with Waltham Public Schools for the 2014-2015 school year will be held during the month of February. The Parent Information Center (PIC) will travel to each elementary school in Waltham and host a registration night. 

All Waltham children who will be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2014 and registering for public school should register with the PIC during one of these nights. A child is assigned to a school based on their home address and they should go to that school’s registration night. See dates listed below:

-  Stanley Elementary School, 250 South Street: Monday, Feb., from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m.  

-  Plympton Elementary School, 20 Farnsworth Street:Tuesday, Feb. 4 from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m.

-  Fitzgerald Elementary School, 140 Beal Rd.: Monday, Feb. 10 from 6 p.m.- 8 p.m.

-  Northeast Elementary School, 70 Putney Ln.:Wednesday, Feb. 12 from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m.

-  MacArthur Elementary School, 494 Lincoln St.:Wednesday, Feb. 26 from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m.

- Whittemore Elementary School, 30 Parmenter Rd.:Thursday, Feb. 27 from 6 p.m.- 8 p.m.
