A tasty treat for fans of modern literature with spice - Indie Woods author Jessica Lucci debuts the publication of a novel packed with local flavour.
“One of the themes in all of my writing is a sense of community,” said author Jessica Lucci. “That's why I've included tid-bits that my fellow Walthamites will understand. It's like my wink to the reader.”
Community members joined Lucci on Saturday at the Waltham Public Library. Large cups of coffee and festive cookies from local bakeries were shared as the author read excerpts from her latest publication. She provided background information on her racy characters and book development. Her newest book explores the lives of "female prisoners banding together to make fat stacks behind bars."

Each guest received a free signed copy of one of Jessica Lucci's books, and 13 signed books were donated to the Waltham Public Library. "I love books, and the Waltham Public Library has fed my love of reading all my life," said Lucci.
“To Die a Bachelor” is available as a paperback and e-book, and is recommend for mature readers over the age of 21 due to its explicit erotic scenes.
"Aggie is incarcerated. She can deal with that. But when tragedy strikes and she is helpless to protect her own flesh and blood, she must find a way to save herself.
