Osteria Posto Debuts a Magnificent Thanksgiving Take-Home Menu

The Alpine Restaurant Group is proud to announce that Osteria Posto, located in Waltham, is offering a complete Thanksgiving holiday take home meal. The fully prepared, multi-course meal will be available for pickup on Wednesday, November 25th and Thursday, November 26th and will allow people to spend more time enjoying time with their families and less time in the kitchen stressing over the hassle of cooking for everyone. The full menu includes choices of chef-inspired classics, seasonal cocktails, and traditional autumn desserts. Osteria Posto will also be open for business on Thanksgiving Day for families who want to forgo both cooking and cleaning up to spend more time enjoying company and conversation.

“Osteria Posto is excited to be able to offer a five-star, traditional Thanksgiving dinner for take out this year,” said Joe Cassinelli, Chef and Owner of Osteria Posto. “Instead of stressing over whether the turkey is too dry or the gravy is too lumpy, families can pickup a perfectly prepared, classic Thanksgiving meal to eat at home. Or better yet, they can come to the restaurant and we’ll cook the meal and do the dishes to make the day completely worry-free.”

Osteria Posto’s Thanksgiving dinner includes mouth-watering roasted turkey, scrumptious cornbread stuffing, classic giblet gravy, cranberry and orange relish, and buttery Parker House rolls. Customers will also have a choice of any two hors d’oeuvres, including shrimp cocktail, brie and chutney tarts, stuffed mushrooms, or heirloom squash soup.

The take home Thanksgiving package also features a choice of three tasty sides dishes including creamy mashed potato, Gruyere baked macaroni, green beans, heirloom squash puree, and roasted root vegetable hash. Customers will need to leave room for dessert, as they can choose between delicious pumpkin pie squares or apple crumb crostata. There is also an opportunity to purchase select wines or add seasonal cocktails, like apple cider margaritas or spiced cranberry punch to enjoy while entertaining.

Thanksgiving packages are available now for order at www.osteriaposto.com. Pre-orders must be made by November 22, 2020. There is a four-person minimum per order, $100 per person. Curbside pickup is available Wednesday, November 25th and Thursday, November 26th.

Osteria Posto will be open for in-person dining on Thanksgiving (Thursday, November 25th) from 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. Reservations are strongly suggested and can be made at www.osteriaposto.com. In addition to a classic Thanksgiving menu, the full Osteria Posto menu will be available to diners, along with seasonal cocktails and desserts.
