Thanksgiving Football: Waltham Hawks V Arlington Spy Ponders

WALTHAM, MA— Yes, it's going to be cold. But it's not going to be nearly as cold as it was last year for the annual Thanksgiving football game. This year the Hawks take on the Arlington Spy Ponders, one of its oldest and closest rivals with a new Thanksgiving Day football series.

Last year the Waltham High football team took on and swiftly beat relatively new rivals Malden Catholic for the final Thanksgiving this season at 13-0. The year before Malden Catholic won the away, non-conference, game with a score of 16-10.
