Waltham Arrests: Man Charged With Indecent Assault

April 17
Matthew Shriro, 33, of 57 Crescent St., was arrested and charged with indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or younger, and annoying a person of the opposite sex.

Emily Smith, 21, of 29 Mofeley Ave., Needham, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, first offense.
Stephanie Gerardi Fessenden, 30, of 455 Totten Pond Road, was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Dante Sousa, 18, of 180 Princeton Ave., was arrested and charged on a warrant with unlicensed driving.
Gerson Cardona, 27, of 19 Carelton Road, was arrested and charged with assault and battery.
April 19
Noel Colon-Ortiz, 24, of 68 Prospect Hill Road, was arrested and charged on a warrant with disturbing the peace.
April 20
Isreal Tax-Tiu, 27, of 139 Adams St., was arrested and charged with unlicensed driving, driving an uninsured car, driving an unregistered car and a number plate violation.
