Waltham Arrests: OUI; Witness Intimidation Charges

April 21
Kayla David, 35, of 10 Calvary St., was arrested and charged with assault and battery.

April Gilcreast, 51, of 174 Brown St., was arrested and charged with trespassing and witness intimidation.
