Waltham Could See Up To 8 Inches Of Snow
Greater Boston can expect to see snow start falling late Thursday afternoon, and it's not likely to stop until at least Friday evening.

WALTHAM, MA β There's more snow in the forecast today and Friday, but according to the National Weather Service, it's not going to be as wet as the last storm.
Forecasters say the sticking snow is likely to start falling late Thursday afternoon, through Friday leaving Waltham with up to 8 inches of accumulation by Friday night.
"Snow could be moderate at times later this afternoon but, not really expecting hourly snowfall rates to exceed 1/2" per hour. Snow-covered roads will likely have a low-impact on the evening commute," according to NBC10 Boston meteorologist Aaron Perry.

National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory beginning at noon today until 7 p.m. Feb. 19.
Because this storm is not likely to bring as much wind with it, and forecasters expect the snow around greater Boston to be light and fluffy for today, there's less of a chance for cancellations or emergency parking restrictions, but we'll update if there are any changes.
