The Waltham Hawks football team defeated the Lincoln-Sudbury Warriors on Friday night for the Division 2 North championship.
Waltham beat the Warriors in a 34-7 victory at Leary Field in Waltham, according to Twitter reports.
The Hawks move on to the Division 2 state semi-finals against Mansfield. Mansfield defeated Barnstable on Friday night in a 41-16 victory, according to the Lowell Sun. The finals game will be played on Nov. 22.
The winner of Nov. 22 game will move onto the the state championship on Dec. 7 at Gillette Stadium.
