Waltham High sophomore Alexia Baugniet didn't just finish Waltham's Moody Street 5K on Sunday – she did so despite being on crutches the whole way. A reader tipped us off to the 16-year-old sophomore's perseverant feat. Baugniet plays lacrosse at the high school, the reader said. She finished the race in 50:10. The Moody Street 5K attracted more than 1,000 runners. Waltham's Michael Kelleher, 21, was the top male in 16:41.
