At one point, the victim passed out. When she awoke she began crawling into the living room.

Hong allegedly stoood over her and stabbed her multiple times in the face, yelling, "you die, you die, you die.''

After being stabbed 22 times, the victim played dead. Hong put a blanket over her and fled the scene.

Police considered Hong "armed and dangerous'' and believed Hong may be headed to the Connecticut/New York area where he was from. After a three-day manhunt, Hong was arrested on March 24 at South Station.

The victim was transported to the hospital where she was treated for serious injuries.
