Waltham Police Logs: DUI Arrest
The following information was provided by the Waltham Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Nov. 15
Sean O'Brien 21, of 72 Brown St., arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
Nov. 16
Kyle Shrewsbury, 21, of 116 Pond St., arrested and charged with violating an abuse prevention order.
Eric Rodriguez, 28, of Boston, arrested on warrant charges for distributing a class A drug and conspiracy to violate the drug law.
Nov. 17
Joel Leiva, 49, of Watertown, arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol (first offense), starting, backing, stopping and unlicensed operation of a car.
Sean Nelson, 32, of 86 Lowell St., arrested and charged with assault and battery.
Frederick Owen, 30 of 52 Fourth Ave., arrested and charged with assault and battery.
