Waltham Police Logs: Larceny Arrests
The following information was provided by the Waltham Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Nov 4
Andrew Lutayya, 29, of 88 Charles St., arrested and charged with trespassing and assault and battery on a police officer.
David Conley, 30, 93 Cherry St., arrested and charged with two warrant charges for larceny over $250.
Enone Pierre, 28, of 88 Charles St., arrested and charged with a warrant charge of driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Nov. 5
Montoya Garcia, 33, of 109 Pine St., arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a car. He also faces warrant charges for a miscellaneous equipment violation and unlicensed operation of a car.
Marcio Eller, 34, of Everett, arrested and charged with a marked lanes violation and unlicensed operation of a car.
