Where To Get A Christmas Tree In Waltham For Christmas 2019

WALTHAM, MA β€” So you're looking for a Christmas tree now that the leftovers are gone and the holiday music is cranking. Here are a few options around town.

Waltham High School Show Choir and Band

Each year the Waltham Choral Parents Association organize a tree selling event. The trees come from Russo's in Watertown and they set up shop in the middle school parking lot and proceeds support Waltham High School Show Choir & Show Band.

Where: Kennedy Middle School Parking Lot at 655 Lexington St, Waltham.
When: Saturday, Dec. 7 and Sunday, Dec. 8 (9 a.m. - 5 p.m.) or until the last tree is sold.
Cost: All trees are $35.00

Pizzi Farm

The farm on Lincoln Street has ice cream, but it also has apple cider doughnuts and Canadian Balsam Firs from 3 to 9 feet tall.

  • Where: Pizzi Farm at 549 Lincoln St
  • When: Open 6 a.m. til 8 p.m Mon- Friday. And til 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday
  • Cost: $25 +


Home Depot in Waltham

If you need lumber, or tools you can always head here.

  • Where: 100 1st Ave.
  • When: 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Mon-Sat, and until 7 p.m. Sun.
  • Cost: $26 up to $80+

Wagon Wheel Nursery & Farmstand

The folks over at Wagon Wheel have a special deal if you like them on Facebook. They've also got decorations, greenery arrangements, apple cider, wood for your fireplace, wreaths all for sale. If you show them that you follow them on Instagram they'll give you $5 off any tree more than $30, $10 off any tree $50 or more.

  • When: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. M-Saturday, Sundays til 7 p.m.
  • Cost: $25 - $150
