Wrentham Police Investigate Threatening Note Found At King Philip
Wrentham police said a threatening note was found crumpled up in the boys basketball at King Philip High School on Friday.
WRENTHAM, MA β Wrentham police are investigating a threatening note that was found at King Philip High School Friday night. Police said the crumpled note was found by a custodian behind a toilet in the boys bathroom after the school was closed.
Police said the note did not include a specific act of violence, nor a specific weapon. But they said the language was clearly threatening, contained vulgar words and expressed negative references toward the wrestling team.
Wrentham police said they and King Philip High School officials are investigating this incident, conducting interviews with students and staff, reviewing surveillance footage.

Anyone with information that may be helpful to this investigation is asked to notify the Wrentham Police Department at 508-384-2121. Students who have helpful information should call the Wrentham police or report information to KPHS Administration.
"Though we never want someone wrongly accused, we also encourage everyone to report anyone or anything suspicious so the police can thoroughly investigate. No piece of information is too small or insignificant. See Something Say Something," Wrentham police posted on their Facebook page.
