A Wayland homeowner is looking to swap a four-bedroom, three-bath, 3,821 square-foot home that is fully furnished for a short or long term swap.

Posting on Craigslist, the person says he or she wishes to swap for a swap to a stay in Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Thailand, South Korea, Canada, California and a host of other places.

The Wayland house “has been very tastefully and expensively rebuilt down to the studs over the last 3 years. The yard is fully fenced and magnificent. This house also has a wonderful 6 person jacuzzi and great jacuzzi deck for occupants.”
