Arturo's Featured on Phantom Gourmet

The Phantom loved Arturo’s in Westborough, commenting, “Chef-Owner Domenico Fabiano cooks the kind of Italian comfort food you instantly fall in love with. Dom uses classic family recipes, making everything from scratch and keeping things simple.”

Dave Andelman recently had Fabiano on the show, talking about some of his favorite and most popular dishes at Arturo’s.

“Let’s get a taste of some real and really good food,” said Andelman, who added that one of his all-time favorite dishes - Pasta Di Napoli.

“I always order it, no matter what else I’m getting,” said Andelman.

Fabiano said the dish is named after his family’s hometown in southern Italy, and features fresh pasta, a citrus cream sauce and lots of seafood (lobster, crab, scallops).

Bolegnese, though, continues to be a favorite at Arturo’s, he said.

“It’s the number one seller at Arturo’s,” he told Phantom Gourmet. “Meat, meat and more meat.”

Andelman also featured and raved about the restaurant’s pizza and bruschetta.
