In spite of the recent wet weather, trees and wreaths continue to fly off the Civic Club tree lot located at 111 East Main St. Westborough. Now into its 44th year, Club President Walter Leslie is confident that as in past seasons this weekend will be one of the busiest for the club's annual f8nd-raising sale of trees, wreaths and roping. 'We have already seen a great number of trees going out but having received a second delivery from our supplier only last weekend we still have good, fresh balsam firs in a range of sizes. Despite the recent variable weather our members are ready to help anyone coming to the lot choose a tree - unlike many other outlets we still have something for everyone'. As always, the lot will be open for business from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. this weekend, with all money raised going to causes in and around the town of Westborough.
