WESTBOROUGH, MA — It's a partly cloudy day and winter weather is set to make its debut this weekend. The storm could bring up to 8 inches of snow and strong winds to parts of Middlesex and Worcester counties.
In coronavirus news, new estimates are narrowing down when Americans could get a COVID-19 vaccine. The New York Times, the Surgo Foundation and Ariadne Labs have come up with a way to calculate the number of people who will need a vaccine in each state and county — and where MetroWest residents might fit in that line.
A healthy Middlesex County resident would have to wait behind 1.2 million people in line for the vaccine. A healthy Worcester County resident would have to wait behind 658,400 people in line for the vaccine.
