I-495 North Closed For Car Fire In Westborough

Police said there are no injuries, but traffic is backed up to the Mass. Pike.

WESTBOROUGH, MA — All of of Interstate 495 northbound was closed just before Exit 23 Thursday afternoon due to a car fire. State police said there are no injuries, but all lanes of traffic were closed shortly after just the right one was.

Traffic was backed up back to the Massachusetts Turnpike as of 2:55 p.m., according to live traffic om Google Maps. The red lines indicate slow traffic:
