Learn 'Social Media-Fundamentals of Social Media for Business'

Mike Koshko, director of brand management for The Sigma7 Group, leads this class to explain how content drives engagement, how engagement drives relationships, and how relationships drive brand trust and loyalty. Improving your understanding of social media through content can increase your number of positive reviews, referrals, and recommendations.
