1:52 a.m.: Police responded to the report of suspicious activity on Route 9. 

12:46 p.m.: Police responded to the report of an animal complaint on Route 9.

3:20 p.m.: Police responded to the report of shoplifting on Lyman Street. Maria Castillo, 44, of 37 Arlington St., Apt. 1, Framingham, was arrested and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise.
